Sacred Fire Ceremony - 7 March 2021 - Strengthening Connection

This Prayer Circle Around a Sacred Fire Ceremony has been created for use while we are unable to have Purification Lodges.

Numbers are limited to 12. Please register below.

Please arrive no later than 4.30pm. We will set up and clean the space together.

When the ceremony is complete we will enjoy some warming soup. We will finish around 8.30pm.

Covid safety:  We will be limiting the number of participants to 12 so we can stay socially distanced.  Participants will be asked to do a health check questionnaire and waiver.

Bring:  a camping chair, a headlamp/flashlight, wrap up in warm clothes and boots, a hot drink, (no alcohol please), a hand drum (optional), a cup for the soup and a spoon for after the ceremony, Medicine gifts and donations.

Volunteers needed: 2 people to come early (3.30pm) and 1 person needed to make soup for 12 people in a crockpot.

Energy exchange: we do not charge for ceremony but welcome donations for the propane and materials for creating the space.

Please also bring Medicine Gifts and tobacco for the Dance Chief and Fire Keeper. These gifts keep us out of indebtedness with those who have put their energy into our healing.  They come from the heart and reflect the value of what you recieve. Edibles, gifts of your time and cash are especially welcome!  Please also bring a small amount of tobacco to seal your intent to do ceremony.
