What is a Huaqua? Happiness, health, humor, hope and harmony are known as Huaquas in the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path teachings. They are given to us for simply for being humans - they are our birthright. If any of them are out wack we get out of balance - and it impacts all the huaquas. Gaining more huaquas?In this series of ceremonies we will take each huaqua and learn how to increase it in each of our aspects: emotions, our bodies, our minds, our spirituality and our sexuality.
